Honors Representative Mandi Lia Ballinger (born April 14, 1975), who was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2012 representing the 23rd District

Representative Ballinger served as chairperson of the House Judiciary Juvenile Committee and championed legislation protecting domestic violence survivors, combating child abuse, and reforming the juvenile justice system

Prior to legislative service, she worked as a victim advocate with district attorney's offices in Cherokee and Forsyth counties and founded and directed the Child Advocacy Center

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for the memorial interchange
