Commends the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) on its 40th anniversary, having been established in 1986 to finance environmental infrastructure projects statewide

GEFA has invested billions of dollars through programs including the Georgia Fund, Clean Water State Revolving Fund, and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund for water and wastewater infrastructure

Manages energy programs including the State Energy Program, Weatherization Assistance Program, and Energy performance contracting to support efficiency and renewable energy projects

Serves as lead agency for Emergency Support Function 12 Annex, coordinating emergency response for energy and fuel during state emergencies

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute a copy of the resolution to GEFA
