Georgia House Resolution honoring Mr. Anthony J. Royal, Sr., and Mrs. Leslie E. Royal for their achievements in entrepreneurship, community service, and faith-based leadership

Mr. Royal began in the restaurant industry at age 17 at KFC, operated a Chick-fil-A for 16 years, and currently owns Robert's Soul Food Restaurant in Lithonia, Georgia, with the couple recently opening a new restaurant called Blessings

Mr. Royal founded Forty Days to Deliverance, Inc., a nonprofit organization providing counseling, workforce development, and educational support to homeless and unemployed men

He also serves as President and Lead Certified Inspector of Get RIGHT Inspections and is active in ministry at Berean Christian Church

The couple has been married for 38 years and are parents to two children and grandparents to two granddaughters
