Dedicates a portion of State Route 23 from W.R. Colman Road to Brazells Creek in Tattnall County as the "Sidney R. Miles Memorial Highway"

Honors Sidney R. Miles, who served 30 years in law enforcement with the Georgia State Patrol, retiring as Colonel and Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety

Miles began his career in 1969 as a radio operator at Post 36 Douglas and graduated from the 44th Georgia State Patrol Trooper School in 1974 as a second-generation trooper

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for the memorial highway

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to the Miles family and the Department of Transportation
