Creates a House Study Committee on Small Business Technology Adoption composed of 5 members appointed by the Speaker, chaired by the House Committee on Small Business Development chairperson

Committee will study how small businesses can benefit from adopting technologies including enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and electronic invoicing (e-invoicing)

Will examine the role of Georgia's university system, technical colleges, K-12 systems, professional licensing entities, and economic development agencies in providing technology training and certifications to small businesses

Will review Georgia's tax laws to determine if they appropriately enable small business technology investments

Committee members may receive allowances for up to 5 days of meetings, with the committee abolished on December 1, 2026
