Sheri Cody receives the 2026 Yellow Rose Nikki T. Randall Servant Leadership Award, presented annually by the Georgia Women's Legislative Caucus during Women's History Month

Cody serves as Executive Director of Twin Cedars Youth and Family Services, Inc., overseeing operations in Columbus, Macon, and LaGrange, Georgia, as well as Opelika and East Alabama

Twin Cedars provides foster care, advocacy, community and prevention services, and residential services, with approximately $14.8 million in annual revenues in 2024

Cody serves as Vice President of the Board of Together Georgia and advocates for child welfare services and funding at the Georgia State Capitol

The award honors Representative Nikki T. Randall, the first African American woman elected to the General Assembly from middle Georgia in 1999, who served 17 years including as chair of the Georgia Women's Legislative Caucus
