Georgia House Resolution honoring Dr. Richard D. Myles, Sr., a Washington, D.C. native, former NFL athlete, and Arizona State University sociology graduate who has dedicated over 30 years to athletics, mentorship, and community service

Dr. Myles founded the Minor Football League (MFL) in 1993, the nation's only professional minor football league, which has expanded to 32 franchises and provides athletes pathways to leadership and executive opportunities

Serves as President, CEO, and Board Chair of the MFL Foundation, focusing on outreach, education, drug prevention, violence reduction, youth conflict resolution, and empowerment of underserved communities

Recipient of the President's Lifetime Achievement Award for sustained volunteerism and civic engagement, along with recognition as one of "America's Best and Brightest" businessmen and multiple sports and community leadership awards

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to Dr. Myles
