Elder Howard E. Moore provided pastoral leadership, biblical teaching, spiritual counsel, and mentorship throughout his ministry career

Recognizes the couple's combined legacy of faith, family, entrepreneurship, ministry, and community service

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide copies of the resolution to Dr. Karen Johnson-Moore and Elder Howard E. Moore
