Designates March 10, 2026, as Qcells Day in Georgia to honor the company's investments in the state

Qcells built the largest solar panel manufacturing facility in the Western Hemisphere in Dalton, Georgia in 2019 and announced a $2.5 billion investment in 2023 for a vertically integrated solar supply chain factory in Cartersville

Upon completion of the Cartersville facility in 2026, Qcells' Georgia operations will have 8.4 GW annual solar panel production capacity and support more than 4,000 manufacturing jobs

Qcells' presence generates an estimated 6,755 jobs annually and drives more than $2 billion in economic output across Georgia counties where it operates

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to the public and press
