Dedicates the intersection of State Route 3CO (Tara Blvd) and Upper Riverdale Road in Clayton County as the "Darryl Jordan Intersection"

Honors Darryl W. Jordan, who served 31 years as an educator in Henry County and was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2000

Jordan served as vice chairperson of the House Committee on Regulated Industries and as a member of the Banks and Banking and Transportation committees

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage at the intersection

Jordan received numerous awards including the Martin Luther King, Jr. Freedom Award and Distinguished Leadership in Public Service award from Mercer University African American alumni
