Creates a House Study Committee on Medicaid Waiver Populations and Long-Term Financial and Administrative Sustainability to examine Georgia's Medicaid waiver programs serving older adults, children with complex medical needs, and individuals with disabilities

Committee will consist of five House members appointed by the Speaker, with one designated as chairperson

Study will focus on payment methodologies, payment rates, administrative structures, eligibility parameters, services covered, and federal compliance for Medicaid waiver populations

Legislative members receive allowances under Code Section 28-1-8 for up to three days of meetings unless additional days are authorized

Committee must file any report with the Clerk of the House by majority vote and stands abolished on December 1, 2026
