Creates a House Study Committee on End of Life Issues composed of 5 members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives

Committee will study long-term care costs, financial burdens of end-of-life planning, challenges facing caregivers, and opportunities for family members to support loved ones facing end-of-life decisions

Committee will examine other states' death with dignity and assisted death laws to consider whether changes to Georgia's current law may be warranted

Members receive allowances under Code Section 28-1-8 for up to 5 days of meetings, funded through House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file any report with findings or proposed legislation before December 1, 2026, when the committee will be abolished
