Dedicates the bridge on State Route 204 over the CSX railroad (Bridge ID # 0510075) in Chatham County as the "Huxsie Scott Bridge"

Honors Ms. Huxsie Scott, a Savannah native recognized as one of the greatest jazz and blues artists in Coastal Savannah history, who began her career as a jazz vocalist in 1973

Ms. Scott served as the original jazz vocalist for the Savannah Jazz Orchestra and has opened for jazz icons Lionel Hampton and McCoy Tyner

Her honors include induction into the Savannah Tribune Gospel Hall of Fame, a bronze medal in the 2004 American Traditions competition, and Best Female Contemporary Gospel Artist from WSOK/Clear Channel radio

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for the dedicated bridge
