Creates a House Study Committee on State Governance of Emergency Medical Services to evaluate the structure and administration of EMS oversight by the Department of Public Health

Committee will consist of five House members appointed by the Speaker, who will also designate the chairperson

Committee is charged with studying EMS governance conditions, needs, and issues, and recommending any necessary action or legislation

Members receive legislative allowances for up to five days of committee work, funded through House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file any approved report with the Clerk of the House and stands abolished on December 1, 2026
