Creates a House Study Committee on Community Associations to examine issues related to condominium associations, property owners' associations, and similar community associations in Georgia

Committee will study reported abuses including arbitrary enforcement of property restrictions, failure to notify property owners of fees and penalties, and retaliatory use of fees against homeowners

Seven members of the House of Representatives will serve on the committee, appointed by the Speaker of the House, who will also designate the chairperson

Committee members receive per diem allowances under Code Section 28-1-8 for up to five days unless additional days are authorized, funded through House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file any report with findings or proposed legislation with the Clerk of the House before the abolishment date of December 1, 2026
