Recognizes and honors five Asian American women leaders—Stephanie Cho, Sonjui Kumar, Sarah Park, Victoria Huynh, and Aparna Bhattacharyya—for their response to the March 16, 2021 Atlanta-area spa shootings that killed eight people, including six women of Asian descent.

Stephanie Cho led trauma-informed rapid response efforts, established a victims' fund, and mobilized local and national partners through Asian Americans Advancing Justice-Atlanta.

Sonjui Kumar provided organizational leadership and probate services to victims; Sarah Park mobilized multilingual outreach for the Korean American community as the first Korean American elected to Duluth City Council.

Victoria Huynh coordinated advocacy and remembrance events through the Georgia Stop AAPI Hate Coalition; Aparna Bhattacharyya connected the community to victim advocates and mass violence response professionals through Raksha Inc.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to all five honorees, recognizing the fifth anniversary of the tragedy during Women's History Month.
