Jane Teasley was from Franklin, North Carolina, and worked as an educator at Awtry Middle School in Acworth and Shiloh Hills Christian School in Kennesaw

The couple were active members of Morganton Baptist Church and helped found Mountain Area Christian Academy

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage at the intersection
