Georgia House Resolution recognizing and commending Morningside Presbyterian Church on its 100th anniversary, established in November 1925 as a mission of the Atlanta Presbytery Home Mission Committee and First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta

Church located in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta and has served the community since the 1920s when the area transitioned from farmland to residential development

Currently supports six community service organizations: Clifton Sanctuary Ministries, Intown Cares, J.W. Dobbs Elementary School, Memorial Drive Ministries, MPC C.A.R.E., and Nicholas House

Operates Morningside Presbyterian Preschool (MPP), a half-day preschool serving children ages 15 months to Pre-K

Centennial celebration held on November 16, 2025, with a special worship service, fellowship reception, music events, tree planting with Trees Atlanta, and storytelling activities
