Georgia House Resolution 1727 formally recognizes and commends Dr. Darlene Williams-Roberts for her achievements in fitness advocacy, entrepreneurship, and civic leadership

Dr. Williams-Roberts established Roberts Vineyard, the only USDA GAP-certified vineyard in Georgia under Black female ownership, which includes a licensed winery producing and selling wines

She serves as Vice Chair of the Economic Development Board of Crawford County and as a member of the Crawford County Chamber Board

Dr. Williams-Roberts is involved with the Women AG Leadership Foundation Inc., working to empower future generations of female agricultural leaders

The Clerk of the House of Representatives is directed to provide a copy of the resolution to Dr. Williams-Roberts
