In 2025, Shirley achieved a rare sweep of the CMP, 4-H, and American Legion National Championships in junior marksmanship

Additional accolades include two-time gold medalist at the Gary Anderson Invitational and Camp Perry Open, Daisy Nationals gold medalist, and back-to-back silver medals at Junior Air Rifle Nationals
