Creates a House Study Committee on Restoring Georgia's Salt-Water Ecosystems composed of seven members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives

Directs the committee to study conditions affecting Georgia's coastal ecosystems, including overfished fish stocks, and recommend actions to rebuild fish populations and protect spawning adults

Addresses concerns about Georgia's 500,000 acres of estuaries, 368,000 acres of salt marsh, and over 3,400 miles of tidal shoreline across 11 coastal counties

Limits member allowances to five days unless additional days are authorized, with funding from House appropriations

Committee will be abolished on December 1, 2026, and must file any approved report with the Clerk of the House prior to that date
