Dedicates the bridge on State Route 3 ALT over the Ochlockonee River in Thomas County, Georgia as the "World War I Veterans Memorial Bridge"

Restores a historical dedication originally made on Armistice Day, November 11, 1921, when more than 1,000 Thomas County citizens named the bridge "Memorial Bridge"—a designation lost when the bridge was rebuilt in 1941

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for the dedication

Georgia contributed more than 100,000 men and women to World War I and hosted more military training camps than any other state
