Recognizes his love of outdoor activities including fly-fishing, hiking, basketball, and raising chickens and cattle with his father

Expresses the Georgia House of Representatives' deepest condolences to his family, including parents Julie Elizabeth Cleveland Whittenburg and James Smith Bynum Whittenburg, and sisters Rachael and Rebecca

Directs the Clerk of the House to provide an appropriate copy of the resolution to the Whittenburg family
