Honors Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Charles Eugene "Gene" Campbell, who served nine years in law enforcement before being killed in the line of duty on November 16, 1974

Trooper Campbell was abducted and taken hostage during a traffic stop in Perry, Florida

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate memorial highway signs

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to Campbell's family and the Department of Transportation
