Honors Councilman Alphonso Thomas, known as "Blue," who served the City of Stockbridge for more than 35 years

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage at the dedicated intersection

Recognizes Thomas's community service including youth mentoring with the Economic Opportunity Authority and awards from Henry County NAACP, Boy Scout Troop #65, and Omega Psi Phi fraternity
