Georgia House Resolution 1901 honors the life and memory of Buck Chapman, who passed away on December 3, 2025, at age 77

Chapman served in the United States Army and was an active member of Hartwell First Methodist Church

He was married to his wife Rita for 55 years and had two children (Lisa and Brad) and two grandchildren (Eli and Lila)

The resolution directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy to Chapman's family
