Creates a House Study Committee on the Use of Local Fees to Support Affordable Housing composed of 5 members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives

Committee will study how local fees can be modified to better support affordable housing initiatives in Georgia

Committee may meet a maximum of 5 times, with additional meetings allowed at the chairperson's discretion

Members receive legislative allowances under Code Section 28-1-8, funded through House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file a report with findings and any proposed legislation before being abolished on December 1, 2025
