Dedicates the western interchange of State Route 10 Loop and State Route 10/US-78 BUS in Athens-Clarke County as the "Mayor Nancy Denson Interchange"

Honors Nancy Denson, who served as the first woman on the Athens City Council (1980), tax commissioner (1985-2010), and mayor (2011-2017)

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for the interchange

Recognizes Denson's civic contributions including involvement with the Association of County Commissioners of Georgia and the Georgia Municipal Association
