Creates a House Study Committee on Constituent Services Modernization and Accountability to examine how legislative offices assist constituents with navigating state agencies and accessing public services

Committee will consist of 5 House members: 3 appointed by the Speaker and 2 appointed by the House Minority Leader, with the Speaker designating the chairperson

Committee will study best practices, fiscal implications, and constitutional considerations related to standardizing and modernizing constituent services across legislative offices

Members receive allowances under Code Section 28-1-8 for up to 5 days unless additional days are authorized, funded from House appropriations

Committee must file any report with findings or proposed legislation before December 1, 2026, when it will be abolished
