Founded and serves as co-president of the Emory University chapter of ColorStack, a nonprofit supporting Black and Latinx students in computer science and technology careers

Contributed to community health through bilingual health education initiatives with Lucky Shoals Community Association and volunteered as a Spanish Medical Interpreter at Good Samaritan Health Center of Atlanta

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of the resolution to Elizabeth Garcia
