Creates a House Study Committee on the Eradication of Homelessness composed of 9 members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives

Members drawn from 8 standing committees: Appropriations, Budget and Fiscal Affairs Oversight, Defense and Veterans Affairs, Higher Education, MARTOC, Public Health, Public Safety and Homeland Security, and Urban Affairs, plus one additional House member

Committee tasked with studying conditions, needs, issues, and problems related to homelessness and recommending necessary legislation or action

Legislative members receive per diem allowances for up to 5 days unless additional days are authorized, funded through House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file any report with findings or proposed legislation before abolishment date of December 1, 2025
