Dedicates the interchange of Interstate 75 and US 280 in Crisp County as the "Honorable Johnny Floyd Interchange"

Johnny Floyd served 19 years in the Georgia House of Representatives, representing Crisp, Dooly, Pulaski, and parts of Houston counties, including as vice chairman of the House Transportation Committee

Following legislative service, Floyd served 15 years on the State Transportation Board representing Congressional District 2 (29 counties), holding positions of chairman, vice chairman, and secretary

Floyd founded Floyd Timber Company in Cordele, Georgia in 1969 after completing Forest Ranger School at the University of Florida and working in forestry at St. Regis Paper Company

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for the dedication
