Creates a House Study Committee on One-way Street Markings to examine best practices for pavement demarcations on one-way streets, criteria for selecting which streets need markings, and fiscal implications of potential legislative requirements

Committee membership consists of 5 House members appointed by the Speaker, the Commissioner of Transportation (or designee), and the Director of the Governor's Office of Highway Safety

Addresses safety concerns from wrong-way travel caused by drivers unfamiliar with areas, new drivers, or motorists following inaccurate GPS navigation systems

Legislative members receive standard allowances under Code Section 28-1-8 for up to 5 days; funding comes from House appropriations

Committee must file any report with the Clerk of the House before December 1, 2025, when it stands abolished
