Proposes a constitutional amendment to create an additional 100 percent homestead exemption for disabled veterans on the full assessed value of their primary residence

Exemption applies when disabled veterans finance new residential construction, inherit a residential structure, or purchase an existing home

Authorizes municipalities to seek supplementary funding to offset lost tax revenue resulting from the homestead exemption

Requires voter ratification through a ballot question at a future election

Officially titled the "Georgia Keys for Heroes Amendment" and would add a new Paragraph VI to Article VII, Section II of the Georgia Constitution
