Committee will consist of five House members appointed by the Speaker of the House, with one designated as chairperson

Committee members may receive legislative allowances for up to five days of work unless additional days are authorized, funded through House appropriations

Committee must file any findings, recommendations, or proposed legislation with the Clerk of the House prior to abolishment, requiring majority approval from a quorum

Committee will be abolished on December 1, 2026
