Creates a 7-member House Study Committee on Gaming in Georgia, comprising chairpersons of the Ways and Means, Regulated Industries, and Economic Development committees, plus 4 members appointed by the Speaker

Committee will study potential legalization of land-based destination resort casinos, pari-mutuel and fixed-odds horse racing, and digital/retail/on-premise sports betting

Required to hold at least 4 public hearings at various locations throughout the state and one meeting to finalize findings

Committee must file a report with specific findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation before December 1, 2025, when the committee will be abolished

Legislative members receive standard allowances for up to 5 days, funded through House of Representatives appropriations
