Honors David Allen Donley, founder of Donley's Music store, which opened in 1996 and relocated to Hickory Flat Highway in 2008

Recognizes Donley's community contributions including providing free guitars, lessons, and instrument repairs to disadvantaged students, and hosting bluegrass jams and music programs

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for the memorial parkway

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to Donley's family and the Department of Transportation
