Dedicates 18 portions of Georgia's state highway system, including roads, bridges, interchanges, and intersections, to honor distinguished citizens and fallen public servants

Memorial dedications honor five law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty: Trooper William Black Jr., Investigator Eric Minix (died January 4, 2024), Sgt. Patrick Sondron, Deputy Daryl Smallwood (died November 2016), and Trooper Chase Redner (died February 20, 2024)

Honors two teenage shooting victims, Samuel Micah Moon and Aj'anaye Hill, who were among ten children shot at a Douglas County birthday party on March 4, 2023

Recognizes prominent Georgians including entertainer Tyler Perry (Perry Parkway in Douglas County), comedian Jeff Foxworthy (I-85 segment in Fulton County), and funeral director Dr. Gregory B. Levett Sr. (SR 155 in DeKalb County)

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for all dedicated road facilities
