Dedicates the portion of State Route 49 from the Milledgeville Bypass SR 29/US 441 to the Macon Bibb County line in Baldwin County as the "Latasha R. Butts Memorial Highway"

Honors Ms. Latasha R. Butts, a Milledgeville native who passed away on October 21, 2024, while serving as head coach of Georgetown University's basketball team

Ms. Butts won four SEC championships at the University of Tennessee and was drafted to the WNBA in 2004 by the Minnesota Lynx

Her coaching career spanned 15 seasons across UCLA (3 seasons), LSU (8 seasons), and Georgia Tech (4 seasons)

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for the memorial highway
