Creates three House Study Committees: (1) Improving Access to Internal Medicine in Underserved Areas, (2) Affordability and Accessibility of Georgia's Legitimation Process, and (3) Gaming in the State of Georgia

The Internal Medicine committee addresses Georgia's rural healthcare crisis, noting 75% of counties are rural, approximately 40 counties have no internal medicine physician, and 142 of 159 counties are designated healthcare professional shortage areas with 3,500+ patients per provider

The Legitimation Process committee will examine ways to make it more affordable for unmarried biological fathers to obtain legal parental rights, as Georgia law requires a separate legal petition to legitimate a child

The Gaming committee will study potential legalization of destination resort casinos, pari-mutuel and fixed-odds horse racing, and digital/retail sports betting, including economic impacts, tax revenue potential, and social concerns

All three committees must file reports and stand abolished on December 1, 2025; funding comes from House of Representatives appropriations
