Creates a House Study Committee on Civil Rights Protections composed of 5 members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives

Directs the committee to review Georgia's existing anti-discrimination laws and identify gaps in protections covering employment, housing, public accommodations, and public services

Protected classes to be studied include race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, and familial status

Committee members may receive allowances for up to 5 days of work unless additional days are authorized, funded through House appropriations

Committee must file any approved report with the Clerk of the House and stands abolished on December 1, 2025
