Dedicates the intersection of State Route 316 and Hi Hope Road in Gwinnett County as the "Officer Scott Riner Memorial Intersection"

Officer Scott Ozburn Riner was a Gwinnett County corrections officer who was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Gwinnett County Comprehensive Correctional Complex as he prepared to begin his shift

Officer Riner worked with at-risk teens through Gwinnett County's Prison Awareness Program before it was discontinued in 2017, and continued mentoring participants afterward

The Prison Awareness Program was revived in 2024 and renamed the "Scott Riner Prison Awareness Program" in his honor

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate memorial signs at the intersection
