Honors Mr. Polote for founding Polote Homebuilders in 1970, which grew into Polote Corporation over 55 years and completed construction projects ranging from $450,000 to over $1.2 billion across the country

Recognizes Mr. Polote as an early graduate of the federal government's 8(a) small business development program and recipient of the Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council's Blue Legend Award

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage at the dedicated intersection
