Creates a House Study Committee on Inclusive Educational Settings for Students with Disabilities composed of 7 members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives

Committee will study conditions, needs, issues, and problems related to inclusive education for students with disabilities in Georgia and recommend any necessary action or legislation

Legislative members receive allowances per Code Section 28-1-8 for up to 5 days unless additional days are authorized, funded through House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file any report with findings or proposed legislation with the Clerk of the House, approved by majority vote of a quorum before abolishment

Committee stands abolished on December 1, 2025
