Creates the House Study Committee on Election Procedures to evaluate Georgia's election laws, policies, and procedures, some of which have remained unchanged since the original Election Code was adopted in 1964

Committee members will be appointed by the Speaker of the House, with the chairperson of the House Committee on Governmental Affairs serving as committee chair

Committee is authorized to recommend legislation and may conduct meetings at times and places it deems necessary, though the Speaker may set a maximum number of meetings

Legislative members receive standard allowances under Code Section 28-1-8 for up to three days unless additional days are authorized, funded through House appropriations

Committee must file any approved report with the Clerk of the House of Representatives and will be abolished on December 1, 2025
