Creates a House Study Committee on Reducing and Prioritizing Mandates for Public School Administration to review state and federal mandates imposed on local school boards and administrators

Committee will consist of 6 House members appointed by the Speaker of the House, who will also designate the chairperson

Charged with examining outmoded, unenforceable, or low-priority mandates that divert administrator attention from supporting student learning, and recommending legislative or policy changes

Members may receive legislative allowances for up to 5 days of committee work, funded through House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file any report with findings or proposed legislation before December 1, 2025, when it will be abolished
