Creates a House Study Committee to investigate why the City of Atlanta has withheld permits needed for the Five Points MARTA Station rehabilitation project, which has caused delays and increased costs

Five Points MARTA Station requires rehabilitation due to water damage that has created structural integrity issues and public safety concerns

Committee will consist of 5 House members appointed by the Speaker, with one designated as chairperson

Members may receive allowances for up to 5 days of committee work, funded from House of Representatives appropriations

Committee must file any findings or recommended legislation with the Clerk and stands abolished on December 1, 2025
