Recognizes Dr. Levett's awards including a Lifetime Achievement Award from President Barack Obama, Funeral Director of the Year from American Funeral Director Magazine (2015), and Robert H. Miller Funeral Director of the Year (2023)

Acknowledges the Levett family's donation of over $2 million to higher education institutions, churches, hospitals, charities, and community organizations

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for the dedication
