Recognizes Georgia's role in the nation's founding through three signers of the Declaration: Button Gwinnett, Lyman Hall, and George Walton

Encourages Georgians to study the Declaration's principles, engage in civic education, and honor the memory of the nation's founders and defenders

Calls on municipalities and counties to organize commemorative events, historical displays, and educational programs for the anniversary

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to distribute copies of the resolution to the public and press
