Increases the number of superior court judges in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit from 2 to 3

Governor appoints the additional judge for a term beginning January 1, 2026, and expiring December 31, 2028; successors elected in nonpartisan judicial elections for four-year terms starting in 2028

New judge receives the same compensation, salary, and expense allowance from the State of Georgia and circuit counties as existing judges, including local salary supplements

Authorizes employment of an additional court reporter for the circuit

County governing authorities must provide the judges with courtrooms, office space, equipment, supplies, and personnel necessary for court operations
